It is with regret that we must ask all customers to make an appointment to bring their vehicle in. We are extremely busy at present and walk-in customers are pushing back jobs that have been booked in. It's a bit like queue jumping! If we book vehicles in not only does it give us an opportunity to make sure that all required parts are in stock, but it also helps us to manage work flow so that no customer is disappointed. After all, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We understand that emergencies can happen e.g. handbrakes stop working. We would still request a phone call so that we can get you squeezed in as soon as possible. We will strive to get you the best appointment so that you are not off the road for long.
MOT's can now be booked with the DVLA up to 3 months in advance. For example if your MOT is due in December then you can start to look for appointments from September. As soon as you have a date for your MOT please make your appointment for MOT preparation check - don't leave it until the last minute and risk not getting an appointment!
